Conflict Management for One

One-on-one guidance for individuals experiencing workplace conflict

Helping you find a path forward.

When conflict lingers, it’s easy to feel
stuck
in cycles of overthinking, avoidance, or frustration

Gain a
fresh
perspective

Conflict can feel isolating, especially when the other person refuses to talk, mediation has failed, or you’re not ready to sit at the table. Conflict Management for One offers a supportive, one-on-one space to explore your situation, consider your options, and develop strategies to move toward resolution, even if the other person isn’t involved.

It’s not mediation. It’s a safe, confidential space, free from workplace politics and focused on you.

Take control of conflict without confrontation

Ignite positive
change

Positive change doesn’t always require a grand gesture. Sometimes, it starts with one conversation, a fresh perspective, or a quiet shift in how you respond. Conflict Management for One helps you find your way forward, building the skills, mindset, and confidence that lead to healthier communication, stronger relationships, and lasting change.

Don’t just take it from us…

"The biggest difference I have seen with our whole school program is a shift in the way students and staff relate to each other. The school seems to be a happier, friendlier place. You see students and staff greeting each other regularly. It just feels like a better place."
"The Leading with Culture program was the best professional learning I have attended. I feel confident to apply the things I learnt and it was a great way to start the term. I can't thank Carolyn enough. As a result, we have continued to include staff wellbeing into our school processes."
“In my first year of teaching, I received professional learning from Culcha, and it made a huge difference. I was equipped with strategies that helped me build a positive classroom culture from the start. It gave me confidence and clarity in my practice.”
"The Leading with Culture program Carolyn implemented has truly transformed our school culture. I now feel genuinely supported as a staff member and more confident when engaging in conversations with parents"

Your questions answered

No. Conflict Management for One is a personalised coaching session designed to support you. It’s not a replacement for mediation, but it can help you prepare for it—or work through things if mediation didn’t help.

No—Conflict Management for One is not the same as pre-mediation. It’s a standalone session designed to help you explore your situation, gain clarity, and consider your options—regardless of whether mediation is part of the plan.

Pre-mediation, on the other hand, is specifically focused on preparing both parties for a joint mediation session. It involves assessing suitability, explaining the process, and handling logistics—not providing the same depth of personal reflection or strategy development.

Yes. Conflict Management for One is for anyone feeling tension, stuck communication, or emotional discomfort in a relationship—at work or beyond.

Not usually. Conflict Management for One sessions are typically delivered via video call or phone to keep the service accessible and affordable.

However, if you live in the Albury Wodonga area, in-person sessions may be available—just let us know when booking.

Each session is tailored to your unique situation, so outcomes will vary. However, many people walk away with:

  • More effective communication strategies
  • Greater clarity and confidence in next steps
  • Better preparation for negotiation or resolution
  • A clearer understanding of when and how to seek legal or professional support

The goal is to help you feel more in control and better equipped to move forward.
